Cameron Diaz Appreciates Suri Cruise’s Imaginary Bakery

Tom Cruise's four-year-old daughter Suri soon became the apple of everyone’s eyes on the sets ‘Knight and Day’. With her creative ideas and innocent acts she was the popular one on the shoot. Even, the lead lady of the flick, Cameron Diaz cannot hold herself from becoming the fan of little angel.
Diaz, 37 said that she enjoyed filming ‘Knight and Day’ because Suri during shoots was fun.
"She had her own little bakery and she would tell you what's going on today. It was like, 'These are what muffins we have today,' and she played out all these scenes, it was so fun... Suri was going around serving all of us,” the actress quoted.
Meanwhile, daddy dearest of Suri is also the biggest fan of his daughter and is very impressed with his daughter’s innovative ideas.
"It was great because my family was on set every day and Cameron's family were on set and it was like we were in this imaginary bakery and Katie was stood there ordering in between takes," Tom said.
"Suri is very special. She is incredibly loving and she is very creative, she draws, she acts, she writes. In between takes she would have her own little scenes going on," he added.

David Beckham and Snoop Dogg’s Waitress Serenade

David Beckham and Snoop Dogg were serenaded by a waitress. The soccer star is close friends with the rapper and admits he experienced one of his most bizarre encounters ever when they went out for dinner in Los Angeles together.

He explained, “One time we went out for dinner in LA with another friend to a steak restaurant.“The place had cleared and this waitress came over and said, ‘I can sing’ so I was like, ‘Oh my god’. Snoop sat back and said, ‘Go on then, sing for me’. She stood there and sang this whole song for Snoop, it really made me laugh and I was a bit embarrassed. She was… alright.”

The 35-year-old star is often called upon by his pal to give his opinion on his new music, but admits he struggles to give an honest answer.

He explained, “With his last album he called me about 10 days before it came out and he said, ‘I’ve got finished it this minute, come in and listen to it’ so I drove down and listened to each track and he asked my opinion. I was like, ‘I love every one of them’. But I wouldn’t have said otherwise – he’s got these two bodyguards who are huge!”

David, who has three sons with wife Victoria Beckham, is also close friends with actor Tom Cruise but insists his pal has never encouraged him to pursue an acting career, despite having several movie offers.

He added, “I’ve had a few offers but I turned them all down. I’m a terrible actor. I did a bit in ‘Goal’ that time – I was playing myself and I looked a bit awkward. “Tom hasn’t offered acting lessons yet, or any parts either.”

I don’t want to copy Tom Cruise: Shahid

adness of my city,” he says. A picture of the actor wearing an air-force uniform leaked a month ago on the Internet. Several of his fans tweeted that he was copying Tom CruisShahid in Mausame’s look from the 1990s film, Top Gun.

Bring this up with the actor and he says, “We were shooting at a crowded place here. Everyone had mobile phones with cameras. I don’t know who leaked the photo because we didn’t want to reveal the look before time.”

Why does everyone think he looks like Tom Cruise? “It’s an iconic film and that look is pretty famous,” says Kapoor. “Mausam is the only film in recent times to have the air force as its background. My look hasn’t been modelled on Tom Cruise, though I take the comparison as a compliment.”

Although Edinburgh has a considerable Indian population, he complains that there’s not a single Indian TV channel to keep him connected with what is happening back home. “I went on Twitter to ask for Hindi songs and in 30 minutes, I had 30,” he says.

He’s thrilled to take directions from his dad. “He is so focussed and one of the best actors in Bollywood. I’m lucky he’s guiding me as an actor, director and father,” Kapoor says. He got a three-day break from shooting recently and immediately headed to London to watch Wimbledon matches. “I had the Queen of England for company in the court,” he laughs.

Buzz is that Kapoor has reconciled with his mother, Neelima Azim, and has agreed to act in her debut production. “We’re mother and son, that’s what matters. Whether I act in her film or not is secondary,” he says shortly. “I haven’t signed a single new film. My dates are blocked for Mausam till next year.”

Is Cruise preparing Suri for showbiz?

Hollywood actor Tom Cruise and wife Katie Holmes are reportedly preparing their four-year-old daughter Suri Cruise, for a career in the entertainment industry.

The pair, who tied the knot in 2006 are encouraging Suri, already famous for her high heels and fashion sense, by giving her classes on performing, Showbiz Spy reported online.

"They are giving her singing, dancing and acting classes to help prepare her. Tom is a real stage father, making sure Suri puts expression into her lines when she puts on her little shows, and he encourages her when she does a good job," a source said.

"Suri is showing talent already. She loves to put on shows for the whole family, asking her big sister, Isabella, to help her make 'tickets'. She's always asking Katie to book tickets for Broadway musicals so she can watch other performers sing and dance.

"Tom and Katie aren't afraid of Suri becoming a child actor - even with all of its pitfalls - because they feel she'll be fine with their firm guidance," the source added.

Have Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes Spoilt Daughter Suri

Suri Cruise is reportedly being prepared by parents Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise for a career in showbiz.'They are giving her singing, dancing and acting classes to help prepare her,' a source tells Showbiz Spy.

But is this a good idea? Suri Cruise is only 4 but she's already renowned for her wilful moods and tantrums.Even her dad Tom had to admit during an interview with chat show host Oprah Winfrey that ‘whatever she wants to wear, she wears'.

Tom and wife Katie Holmes' Scientology beliefs are thought to have contributed to their daughter's spoilt behaviour. The cult believes that each child should be allowed to do as they like and never be told ‘no'.

Now can reveal that to cope with his precocious toddler, Tom's enlisted the help of a Scientology child expert in a bid to teach Suri how to behave. A source tells us: ‘He's called a courtesy coach. He doesn't tell Suri what to do, but he teaches her to be more polite.

‘They're definitely making progress. At first Suri hated the lessons, but she's starting to be more responsive.'Both Tom, 47, and Katie, 31, came under fire from health experts when Suri was spotted wearing inch-high heels. Our source reveals: ‘Scientologists raise their children to be individuals, so Suri can wear whatever she wants.

‘If Suri wanted to go out for the day wearing pyjamas, according to Scientology that's her decision so Tom and Katie would let her. ‘When she gets upset, Tom and Katie speak to her like she's an adult. ‘They'll ask her directly what's wrong, even though children often have no idea why they're upset.

‘If she's tired, she'll get cranky and Tom and Katie will gently ask her if she wants to go to bed. ‘Of course, she'll say no because that's what little kids do. She wants to stay awake even when she's exhausted.'Our source adds: ‘She needs structure and discipline and to have parents who guide her correctly.

‘Tom and Katie never use the word "no" to her you don't say that word to a child in Scientology. ‘It's so that they always feel like the things they're doing are their own decisions.' This perhaps explains why, unlike most children her age, Suri's allowed to wear lipstick and outfits more suited to a trendy teenager.

‘Scientologists believe that children are fully formed souls, like adults in children's bodies,' says our source. ‘That's why they're treated as adults from birth. ‘In theory it sounds good, but it doesn't work when teaching a child discipline. Suri gets whatever she wants and it's not good for her.

Knight and Day review

Cameron Diaz is back opposite Tom Cruise, after their previous encounter in Cameron Crowe's in Vanilla Sky.

In Knight and Day, billed as an "action/comedy", Diaz finds her everyday life tangled up with rogue secret agent, Roy Miller, played by the Cruiser.

He's being chased by his former CIA mates, and she gets dragged along for the ride – whether she likes it or not.

Their campaign to stay alive stretches across the globe - from Jamaica, to Austria, to Spain - in ever increasingly silly and ludicrous plot twists and action scenarios involving car chases, motorcycle chases, and helicopter chases with multiple shoot-outs in planes, trains and automobiles.

I just don't know what the filmmakers intention was here; the action is not good enough to work as a straight action film and it's not funny enough to stand alone as a comedy.

On the upside, there is a nice onscreen chemistry between Cruise and Diaz, just not enough to save it for me though
